Eleanor Tilley – Customer Care Manager
Eleanor allocates jobs that come in to the engineers. She interacts with the engineers and dictates the appointment times for the jobs. She is overall in charge of management of the Maintenance team and ensures that the day-to-day tasks are completed properly. She helps write up estimates from the engineers and then sends them out to the customers. She answers phone calls from the engineers regarding any questions they may have related to estimates, and she chases engineers for their various gas and heating certificates and sends the certificates to customers if they request them. Eleanor also processes notification forms so that the customers receive their compliance certificates for gas safety.
